I have been within the umbrella of companies for a little over 9 years. I have a strong back ground in customer service and enjoy making people smile and seeing their quality of life improved. I have worked in customer service in many different avenues since I began my career; from working as a cashier at a grocery store to managing a customer service call service. I am solution driven and make every effort to assure that you receive the best level of customer service and that your expected level of customer service is exceeded.
I enjoy driving the back winding roads of Western North Carolina and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy digging for native minerals and gem stones in the woods of Madison, Mitchell and Yancey Counties. When I am not outside I can be found either working on my Subaru or sewing Renaissance costumes.
My name is Nora. I have been with the umbrella of companies since 2013, and joined Whitley Home Medical Equipment earlier this year in March as their bilingual Health and Wellness Consultant. I've always had a passion for healthcare and helping people find the right solution for their specific needs. I always strive to provide 'custom fit care' no matter the situation. I strive to have a positive attitude and smile on my face! I am of the belief that here at Whitley, we are all part of a family, dedicated, and certified, to fit whatever need life may present you with.
What most people tend to notice as my defining trait is my love for all animals, especially cats and dogs! I have four crazy Chihuhua's and what seems to be an ever growing number of chickens. I like reading, knitting and crocheting, the mountains, spending time with my friends and fearing for my life in the passenger seat of Heather's Subaru....... Impreza...... WRX...... STI..... and of course enjoying a nice meal with my family.
